About AFS
Armenia Finance Society is a student-led community connecting ambitious students with the world of finance, economics, markets, and business.
Through collaborative research, investment projects, industry exposure, professional events, and meaningful connections, we create opportunities for students to learn beyond the classroom and explore their interests in practice.
Our Story
AFS was created from a shared belief that some of the most valuable learning happens beyond the classroom. While studying abroad, we experienced the value of student communities where people with shared interests could come together, exchange ideas, explore real-world topics, and learn from one another.
We wanted to bring that experience closer to students in Armenia by creating a community where they can explore finance, economics, markets, and investing together, while gaining practical experience and exposure to the industry.
Through collaborative research, investment projects, professional events, in-house days, case studies, and connections with professionals, Armenia Finance Society aims to create opportunities for students to learn by doing, challenge ideas, and discover where their interests can take them.
Our Vision
Our vision is to build a nationwide community of ambitious and curious students who actively engage with finance, economics, markets, and the business world.
We aim to create an environment where students can learn together, challenge ideas, gain practical experience, and build meaningful connections with both their peers and professionals.
Ultimately, we want Armenia Finance Society to become a platform that helps support and prepare the next generation of finance and business professionals in Armenia, giving students the knowledge, experience, and connections to explore their future in the industry.
